R&D

OUR INNOVATION GOES FURTHER WITH OUR MANUFACTURING PROCESS
Although we advocate for a premium range of titanium components with improved performance due to the outstanding mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of this material, the price of titanium components can be excessive for some applications. For this reason, at Titanium Technology we are working on lowering the processing costs of titanium components. We can produce structures with titanium surfaces and with other substrates, obtaining the desired antifouling structures at a more accessible price to a broarder range of applications.
Our R&D department has succeeded in developing a novel “additive manufacturing method” that allows the production of titanium components without the need to use the extremely expensive furnaces required to melt Titanium. We are processing titanium lower than the commonly used in other additive manufacturing technologies such as SLM.

PROPELLERS WITH TITECH

For The Marine Industry, We bring ocean health and naval wealth.

In addition to TiTech itself, we continue improving our technology to increase efficiency and working on the process and machining of titanium components or with titanium surfaces to offer the best components with TiTech technology at the best price.
Our prototypes of ship hulls with thin titanium foil or, our piping systems that are in the final stages of testing stand out, as well as our titanium welding system on steel that allows the creation of titanium surfaces on low-cost carbon steel, providing the necessary rustproofing for marine applications and the long-lasting antifouling effect without the need of using paints or other contaminating elements.
We make great efforts in three fundamental component lines:

Processing

Machining

Coating
